Where is my order?
You can click the tracking link from your Shipping Confirmation email. If you haven’t yet received an Shipping Confirmation email don’t fret, it will be with you soon (up to 5 days after you have placed your order). Or you can check your order status here.

How do I return my online order?
It's very simple we have a portal to help with all of your return needs – visit our returns page for all the information you'll need by clicking here.
My item has reduced in price, do you price match?
Ted Baker does not offer price matching against other retailers. However, if an item purchased from www.tedbaker.com has been recently reduced in price during a promotional event and is still available for purchase at the reduced price, you may request a price adjustment by contacting our customer service team.
Conditions:
Timeframe: Price adjustments can only be made within 14 days of your order date. Requests submitted after this period will not be eligible.
Limitations: Only one price adjustment can be processed per order. Price adjustments are not applicable for promotional events such as "Spend & Save," free delivery offers, or outlet/sale reductions.
What Ted Baker size should I buy?
I have sent my order back - when will I get a refund?
You will receive an email to notify you that your return has been received back to Ted Baker. You will then receive a follow up email confirming your refund has been processed – this can take up to 3 days from receiving your items.
Can I exchange my order?
We do not currently accept exchanges online.

Returns
How do I return my online order?
It's very simple – visit our online returns center to get started.
Can I exchange my online order?
We do not currently accept exchanges online.
You can return your online order for a refund and replace for a new item. In accordance with the returns section here.
Will I be charged to return my items?
Yes, there is a $10.00 return fee for online orders. When you return your order using our prepaid FedEx shipping label, the $10.00 cost will be deducted from your refund amount.

I sent my online order back. When will I receive my refund?
Once we have received your order, it can take up to 3 working days for your refund to be processed. Don’t worry, you'll receive an e-mail notification as soon as this refund has been issued.
I didn't purchase my items directly from www.tedbaker.com. Can I still return them?
All items purchased from third party retailers or concessions must be returned to their original place of purchase.
Ted Baker cannot accept items/returns/exchanges purchased from any other retailers, boutiques or concessions.
My item arrived faulty. How can I replace it with an undamaged one?
We're very sorry this has happened as we always aim to get your items to you in tip-top condition. We are unable to exchange items online. So simply return the item for a full refund (subject to an inspection) selecting the faulty returns code for the reason. You can also reach out directly to us to assist here.
Do you offer a price adjustment?
If your item has been reduced in price at www.tedbaker.com within 30 days of your purchase date, and the item is still available to purchase. You can contact customer service who will provide you an adjustment to the new reduced price.

If you no longer wish to hear from us, please click on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of one of our emails.
If you would like to update your marketing preferences, please click on the 'Update your email preferences here' link at the bottom of any of our emails. You can also email us on info@tedbakerlondon.com and we will update your preferences for you. Please note that it may take up to 7 days for any changes to take effect.

Placing an Order
How do I cancel my online order?
Reach out to us as soon as possible and we'll see what we can do. See here for all the ways you can get in touch. However please note that our aim is get you the Ted products you love as quickly as possible and therefore we cannot always accommodate order cancellations
How do I modify my online order?
We want to send your order on its way to you as quickly as possible, so we are unable to modify any orders that have already been placed.

Authentic Membership Program
How do I qualify for an Authentic Membership free trial?
First-time members are eligible for a 30 day free trial. To activate your free trial, join directly here or add the Authentic Membership trial to the cart or checkout page of any participating brand and complete your purchase. Note that we do require payment details upfront, but you will not be charged for your monthly membership until the end of your 30 day free trial period.
What is the Authentic Membership cancellation policy?
Members may cancel their Authentic Membership at any time by signing into the Authentic Membership portal here, navigating to the ‘Billing’ tab and selecting ‘Cancel Membership’ under the ‘Manage Membership’ section. If you cancel your Authentic Membership in the middle of a billing cycle, your access to the Authentic Membership benefits will continue until your next bill date, at which point you will not be charged again. If you cancel during your free trial period, your benefits will remain through the end of the 30 day period. We do not offer refunds on monthly subscription charges once they are completed.
When will I be billed for Authentic Membership?
Following the 30 day free trial period, Authentic Members are billed to the credit card on file every 30 days according to the date of sign up. To find your next billing date, sign into the member portal here, navigate to the ‘Billing’ tab and find your next billing date above ‘Next Billing Date’. You can also find your Billing history under ‘Billing History’.
How can I update my Authentic Membership payment information?
Authentic Membership fees are automatically billed to the card associated with your initial subscription of the Authentic Membership product. To update your payment information, sign into the member portal here, navigate to the ‘Billing’ tab and select ‘Update’ next to ‘Payment Methods’. Your updated information will be billed on the next billing date.
