US Expedited Service

- Expedited Orders are shipped via UPS and delivered within 1-3 working days (after dispatch time).

- Your delivery will be made between Monday and Friday, excluding national holidays.

International Delivery
Unfortunately, Ted Baker is not currently shipping internationally.

Returns Terms & Conditions
You have 28 days from the date of delivery to return it for a refund online.
Follow the instructions provided in our return's portal HERE.
Return cost is payable by you at the point of return.
We advise you to ship your items back on a tracked service.

Refunds will be made onto your original payment method (within 14 days of us receiving the return). Please note-some payment providers may take up to 30 days to process the credit to your account.
- Items must be unwashed and unworn, with all labels and tags still intact – unfortunately, we can’t accept them in any other condition.
- We do not accept liability for items that get lost or damaged in transit back to Ted Baker.
- Hygiene strips must be attached to swimwear.
Exclusions
Due to hygiene reasons, certain goods are non-refundable. These are:
- Underwear
- Earrings
- Personal grooming products
- *Please note anything tailored or personalized to you cannot be returned.

Exchanges
We do not currently accept exchanges online.
