Ted Baker does not offer price matching against other retailers. However, if an item purchased from www.tedbaker.com has been recently reduced in price during a promotional event and is still available for purchase at the reduced price, you may request a price adjustment by contacting our customer service team.
Conditions:
Timeframe: Price adjustments can only be made within 14 days of your order date. Requests submitted after this period will not be eligible.
Limitations: Only one price adjustment can be processed per order. Price adjustments are not applicable for events such as "Spend & Save," free delivery offers, or outlet reductions.
You will receive an email to notify you that your return has been received back to Ted Baker. You will then receive a follow up an email confirming your refund has been processed – this can take up 3-4 days from receiving your items.
Unfortunately, we are not able accept online exchanges at this time.

We can only accept returns with a valid proof of purchase, showing that items have been purchased at www.tedbaker.com
Proof of purchase can be either the original invoice, bank statement specifying the purchase or online order dispatch email/invoice.
Please Note - without a valid proof of purchase a refund and cannot be issued.
Concession or 3rd party purchases also cannot be refunded.

It's very simple – visit our online returns center to get started.
We do not currently accept exchanges online.
You can return your online order for a refund and replace for a new item. In accordance with the returns section here.

Once we have received your order, it can take up to 3 working days for your refund to be processed. Don’t worry, you'll receive an e-mail notification as soon as this refund has been issued.
All items purchased from third party retailers or concessions must be returned to their original place of purchase.
Ted Baker cannot accept items/returns/exchanges purchased from any other retailers, boutiques or concessions.
We're very sorry this has happened as we always aim to get your items to you in tip-top condition. We are unable to exchange items online. So simply return the item for a full refund (subject to an inspection) selecting the faulty returns code for the reason. You can also reach out directly to us to assist here.
If your item has been reduced in price at www.tedbaker.com within 30 days of your purchase date, and the item is still available to purchase. You can contact customer service who will provide you an adjustment to the new reduced price.

We want to send your order on its way to you as quickly as possible, so we are unable to modify any orders that have already been placed.

Ted Baker will no longer be able to accept gift cards or store credits issued before October 2024.
These gift cards and store credits were issued under a previous company entity - and so they cannot be verified or authenticated.
Unfortunately, due to this they are no longer valid or accepted.
We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
First-time members are eligible for a 30 day free trial. To activate your free trial, join directly here or add the Authentic Membership trial to the cart or checkout page of any participating brand and complete your purchase. Note that we do require payment details upfront, but you will not be charged for your monthly membership until the end of your 30 day free trial period.
Members may cancel their Authentic Membership at any time by signing into the Authentic Membership portal here, navigating to the ‘Billing’ tab and selecting ‘Cancel Membership’ under the ‘Manage Membership’ section. If you cancel your Authentic Membership in the middle of a billing cycle, your access to the Authentic Membership benefits will continue until your next bill date, at which point you will not be charged again. If you cancel during your free trial period, your benefits will remain through the end of the 30 day period. We do not offer refunds on monthly subscription charges once they are completed.
Following the 30 day free trial period, Authentic Members are billed to the credit card on file every 30 days according to the date of sign up. To find your next billing date, sign into the member portal here, navigate to the ‘Billing’ tab and find your next billing date above ‘Next Billing Date’. You can also find your Billing history under ‘Billing History’.
Authentic Membership fees are automatically billed to the card associated with your initial subscription of the Authentic Membership product. To update your payment information, sign into the member portal here, navigate to the ‘Billing’ tab and select ‘Update’ next to ‘Payment Methods’. Your updated information will be billed on the next billing date.
